{"id":2011,"date":"2018-07-16T16:07:59","date_gmt":"2018-07-16T14:07:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.rifugiosalvin.it\/?p=2011"},"modified":"2018-07-16T16:15:45","modified_gmt":"2018-07-16T14:15:45","slug":"cookies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rifugiosalvin.it\/en\/2018\/07\/16\/cookies\/","title":{"rendered":"Cookies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Here is our recipe for the cookies that we prepare for your breakfast!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g butter<\/li>\n<li>100 g sugar<\/li>\n<li>250 g plain flour<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>120 g cornflakes <\/li>\n<li>1 pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon of baking powder<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon of yeast for cakes<\/li>\n<li>250 g dark chocolate or white chocolate or a mix of both<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Beat the butter and sugar until it is light and fluffy.<\/li>\n<li>Add the eggs, the sieved flour, yeast, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Crunch up the cornflakes. Chop the chocolate into very small pieces.
