We also serve it with our fresh cows cheese.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50g parsley leaves<\/li>\n<li>20g anchovies<\/li>\n<li>1 garlic clove<\/li>\n<li>1 spoon of spicy ketchup<\/li>\n<li>4 spoons of olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>chop the parsley finely with a half moon slicer and place it in a bowl<\/li>\n<li>chop the anchovies and crushed garlic<\/li>\n<li>Add them to the parsley<\/li>\n<li>Mix in the ketchup and olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The green sauce is a typical Piedmont sauce that goes very well with some of our traditional dishes, especially boiled beef and sliced tongue.
